Waterway Low Profile Drain Valve with Niche 600-9101

I never used this item. I order it thinking that it will work in my dog waterer but it is way too large. Should I send it back so I can get my money back on it?

Not sure if it's a design flaw, I got a bad one, or what. The one I received will require modification to drain at all. There is no hole between where the hose goes and where the plug is. Given the delay on getting this shipped I will just have to make it work.

Neither part functioned as designed. These valves,which I am familiar with,would not allow water to pass through while extended or open. I called Magic for technical assistance & they had no clue, only to tell me to remove a plug .There was no plug. Your phone people didn't even know what the part was & told me there was no one there that did. She was able,after some coaxing, to get a number for Magic Plastics. I feel like your people are similar to McDonald cashiers,not real swift.

Good product. Arrived fast. No issues. Would use this company again.
