Half the parts were not in the package

I ordered 2 seals and 2 impellers for 2 different Spa Pump Motors. However, when the order arrived, it only contained the Impellers. I called and was able to get the Seals sent out an another shipment, but that delayed my repair by a few more days while I waited for the Seals to arrive.

The way it should be done!

I have dealt with a competitor, (pump repair supply)and did not receive my parts nor a refund. They charged me $50 for $5 parts and I never got them nor my money returned! They even insulted me when I asked about my parts.

Hot Tub Warehouse had great communication, great prices and fast shipping with no drama! These guys are trusted retailers in my book! I will use them without hesitation from now on.
