Replaced the heater worked good

i ordered this product about two weeks ago and i am still waiting on it to install

I received my order on time and it was easy to install and my hot tub works great thank you for the excellent customer service

Recently bought a heater and it arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered

A few connection. Had the old one off in a matter
Of minutes installed the replacement heater
Filled the hot tub and the next day I was
In it. My hot tub was down for almost 5 years.
Was going to trash it, not now I works like new again.

Shopped several web sites and found HTW to have the best description and pictures of what one was ordering. Price was also competitive for the Balboa 4.0 KW water tube heater assembly and impressed came with pressure flow switch, two PVC union end caps, and the gaskets. Will shop HTW again for our hot tub and pool needs.

This was an easy replacement of Related Metal Manufacturers heater C2400-0535. It was good to have the new pressure switch that was included with it as it solved both a flow problem and GFCI trip problem. I did not need the tail pieces but I did need the 2 big gaskets that came with the tail pieces. I am still getting GFCI trips when I run the big pump but that seems unrelated to the heater. I am kind of wishing I had bought a higher quality (tungsten?) heater element. I am in Canada and had this delivered to a warehouse service near the US/Canada border for free and it came quite quickly.

My local shop could not meet my needs. Your service was easy to use online and the product exceeded my expectations with the additional components. I will use "HotTub Warehouse" again.
