Clip-On Pipe Leak Seal 1"

Came without instructions and I had a hard time finding internet videos. But used primer and pvc cement with this product on a hot tub leak at a connection seal. To be fair the tub is 20 years old or I would have rated this a one star. But as the title suggests the leak was not stopped.
